Gerald H. Grossman holds a bachelors degree in forestry from the University of Michigan and graduate degrees in Forestry and Business Administration from Michigan State University. Gerald was named Michigan Young Forester of the Year in 1994 and Michigan Forester of the Year in 2005. He served as chair of the Michgian Society of American Foresters in 2004 and served on the American Tree Farm System National Operating Committee (2007-2009), and is currently Chair of the Michigan Forest Stewardship Advisory Committee and Vice-President of the Tahquamenon Area School Board of Education.
